William Woods University

William Woods University is a coeducational, independent, professions-oriented, liberal arts-based institution of approximately 3,800 students. The university offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in a variety of disciplines in both campus and outreach settings in Missouri and Arkansas and online. The university is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association. Since its founding in 1870, the mission of William Woods has been to provide a quality education while ensuring the development of the individual.

We are pleased to announce that the William Woods We are pleased to announce that the William Woods University Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship application is now open for incoming Fall 2021 students. The application period closes May 1. The introduction of this scholarship was announced earlier this year and is the result of a $200,000 gift from long-time University benefactor and Board of Trustees member, as well as the hard work of the WWU Diversity and Inclusion committee.
