In a yearly tradition, William Woods University (WWU) is once again hosting its annual Student Art Show this week at the University’s Mildred M. Cox Gallery. There will be an opening reception on Wednesday, February 26 from 4-6 p.m., and the show will run until March 20.
The show will feature a variety of diverse artworks, including graphic art, photography, prints, ceramics and paintings. The annual exhibition highlights the talent and creative works of undergraduate student artists currently enrolled at WWU.
Participants in this year’s show include students Grace Herbeck, Makayla Cahill, Maddie Carlson, Jaclyn Zahn, Sydney Bullock and Alexis Willingham.
All art will be on display at the Mildred M. Cox Gallery in the Gladys Woods Kemper Center for the Arts at William Woods. Admission to the Cox Gallery is free. It is open 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
