William Woods University (WWU) has been proud to call Fulton and Callaway County home for well over a century. Now, the University is once again giving back to its host community.
Beginning with the summer session, starting June 28 of this year, WWU will offer a 10 percent tuition discount to all employees of businesses and organizations that are members of the Callaway County Chamber of Commerce. This discount is also being extended to all employees of public school districts in Callaway County.
“Being a good neighbor to our home communities of Fulton and Callaway County has always been a priority at William Woods. The community has been there for us, and we are here for them,” said Dr. Jahnae H. Barnett, President of William Woods University. “We are pleased to offer this tuition discount to Callaway County Chamber of Commerce members, helping them continue their education in a manner that is tailor made for the working professional.”
The discount includes online courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level in a variety of career-enhancing subjects including education, which has been rated as one of the nation’s top online education programs in terms of quality and affordability, according to U.S. News and World Report. Other courses of study are being offered in business, psychology, cybersecurity and leadership.
Application and registration for summer online courses at William Woods will be beginning soon. Any questions pertaining to programs and the Callaway Chamber discount can be directed to the Office of Admissions Online Programs at onlineadmissions@williamwoods.edu, or by calling (800) 995-3199.
