Throughout April, the art gallery at William Woods University will once again be filled with the best art work of the school’s graduating seniors, as it is every year at this time.

The senior art show will take place through May 6, with an opening reception 4-6 p.m. April 15. The gallery is open 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 1-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free and open to the public.

Seniors are given an opportunity at the end of the spring semester every year to exhibit their own artwork. Some students show pieces they create specifically for the show, while some present works they have made throughout their four years of classes, along with a final senior piece.

“I am so excited to finally be putting on my senior show,” Rogers said. “I have been looking forward to this experience for four years. Compiling my best work, as well as developing my senior piece, has been a stressful but exciting process. I am very much looking forward to sharing it with my friends and family!”
