WWU to Host Riding Instructor Certification Test

William Woods University will serve as a riding instructor certification test center for the American Riding Instructors Association on Saturday, March 25.

The American Riding Instructors Association (ARIA) was established in 1984 to help promote safe, knowledgeable riding instruction. The ARIA certifies instructors in eventing, distance riding, reining, dressage, saddle seat, western, and almost every other riding style.

The ARIA certifies in Levels 1-3, Instructor in Training, Instructor of Beginner-Intermediate, and Instructor of Beginner-Advanced.

Level 2 and Level 3 applicants must bring a video tape or DVD to the Test Center demonstrating their capabilities.
