William Woods University will commemorate National Eating Disorder Awareness Week (Feb. 21-27) in an unusual way—collecting clothing for shelters and centers.
Bins will be placed around campus for clothing donations. The donations will be taken to shelters and centers in the mid-Missouri area, including the Jefferson City Rape & Abuse Crisis Service, Inc. (RACS).
The drive is being organized by Hannah Holzum, RD, LD, ACSM HFS, wellness coordinator and registered dietitian at William Woods.
For more information, call Holzum in WWU’s Counseling and Health Services Office, 573-592-4222.
