WWU Students Named to Who’s Who

Thirteen seniors at William Woods University have been named to the 2008 edition of “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.”

They are: Kathryn Best of Medicine Hat, Canada; Sarah Chatham of Chatham, Ill.; Bradley Dempsey of Bowling Green, Mo.; Holly Fisher of Kentwood, Mich.; Adrienne Hull of Jefferson City, Mo.; Seanna Lacombe of San Antonio, Texas; Victoria Luisi of Carrollton, Texas; Cheyenne Morris of Humansville, Mo.; Amanda Payne of Topeka, Kan.; Sarah Popelka of Clayton, Mo.; Morgan Presley of St. Louis, Mo.; Mikol Reichardt of Middletown, Mo., and Kyle Rogers of Wichita, Kan.

The students were selected for Who’s Who because of their outstanding campus leadership. A campus nominating committee and editors of the annual directory chose the students based on academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.

By being listed in “Who’s Who,” they join an elite group of students from more than 2,300 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states. Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934.
