Works from the Firley and Bettendorf Collections are on display at William Woods University through Aug. 9. The exhibit can be seen in the Mildred M. Cox Gallery of the Gladys Woods Kemper Center for the Arts. Summer gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Among the artists whose works are displayed are Leroy Nieman, Alexander Calder, Max Papart and Victor Vasarely. The collections include contemporary prints, paintings and works on paper. Various printmaking processes were used in the production of the images, including etching, lithography, serigraph, collage, aquatint and mixed media.
