Dr. Katricia Pierson, assistant professor of English and director of the honors program at William Woods University, has been promoted to associate dean of assessment.
Before coming to William Woods in 2004, Pierson was an assistant professor of English at Pikeville College in Ky.
She received her bachelor’s degree in English and journalism secondary education from the University of Wyoming and her master’s and Ph.D. degrees in English from the University of Arkansas.
