Students from William Woods See-Saw for Sight

Delta Gamma sorority women from William Woods University plan to spend a lot of time see-sawing the next couple days, but they aren’t goofing off. Their pursuit of recreation is for a good cause.

Friday and Saturday (April 20-21) members of Delta Gamma will raise funds for their philanthropy, Service for Sight. The event is called “See-Saw for Sight” and the women will be see-sawing on the Fulton Courthouse lawn for 24 hours straight (from noon Friday to noon Saturday).

“This fundraiser is taking place in efforts to raise money for our philanthropy,” Karina Eastman, Delta Gamma vice president, foundation, said. “We are accepting money donations before the event and also will have a donation bowl during the event at the courthouse.”
