St. Louis Muralist Displays Art at WWU

Vesna at work verticalSt. Louis artist and muralist Vesna Delevska will display her work in the Mildred Cox Gallery of the Gladys Woods Kemper Center for the Arts at William Woods University through March 5.

Delevska is a 2005 graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts degree in visual arts and design.

“Colors, shapes, nature, form, beauty are all elements of my personal language through which I can express feelings that I cannot describe through words,” Delevska said. “I use paintings as a most intimate form of communication. The Mildred Cox Gallery is open 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday and 1-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.  Admission is free.

Upcoming events on the gallery calendar are the Senior Show, March 13-April 12, and the Annual Alumni Show, April 18-June 20, featuring the fine art of Sarah Williams, class of 2004.
