Spring Schooling Dressage Show to be Held at WWU

William Woods University will host its WWU Totally Relaxed Spring Schooling Dressage Show on March 11-12 in the UPHA Large Indoor Arena.

The dressage tests will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday and run until noon. After a short lunch break, tests will resume and will run from 1 to 5:30 p.m. On Sunday testing will run from 7:30 to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m.

The show is recognized by the Missouri Horse Shows Association and is run by the WWU Dressage Club. Both WWU students and outside horses will be competing at the show, and the tests range from fundamental tests in the morning, up to third level tests in the afternoon.

The Dressage Club at WWU hosts two shows a year, one in the fall and one in the spring. The show is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Karen Pautz at (573) 592-4343.
