New Members Initiated into Education Honorary Society

William Woods University recently initiated four new members into the Nu Rho Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi education honorary society.


Kappa Delta Pi is an international honor society organized to recognize excellence in education. Education students who have completed 60 hours or more and have achieved a grade point average of 3.25 or above are eligible for induction.


The four new William Woods initiates are: Elizabeth Dunlap of Fulton, Courtney Engle of Jefferson City, Christina Eick of Mexico, Mo., and Kylee Weber of St. Louis.
Two of the new members also were elected officers. Engle will serve as vice president and Weber is the new treasurer.


Michael Tan, WWU assistant professor of education, is the counselor for the Nu Rho chapter of Kappa Delta Pi.
