Mexico Students Named Distinguished Scholars

Jennifer Frey and Khoa Nguyen, both of Mexico, and Troy Boulware of Hattan have been named 2004 Distinguished Scholars at William Woods University.


Frey, the daughter of Steven and Jeanie Frey, has been named the Distinguished Scholar in Business Administration. Nguyen has been named the Distinguished Scholar in Graphic Design. He is the son of Nguyen Dung and Tran Hong. Boulware, the son of Mike and Brenda Boulware, was named the Distinguished Scholar in Business Administration.


The faculty of various disciplines at William Woods have the opportunity each spring to designate one graduating senior as a Distinguished Scholar. A minimum grade point average of 3.4 is required, but the faculty may consider other relevant academic factors and variables in the selection process.
