The Hands On Club at William Woods University will host its annual Christmas dinner for members of the deaf community Dec. 11.
All members of the deaf community and anyone interested in deaf culture are invited to attend.
The evening’s festivities will take place in the Burton Business Building, beginning at 6 p.m. in the interpreting lab. A special member of the deaf community will be honored. Dinner will be provided around 8 p.m. There is no fee to attend this event.
Hands On, a club for interpreting majors, deals with the deaf community and does community service. It was founded on the William Woods campus in 1995.
