Four Selected for Communication Honorary

William Woods University recently selected four students for initiation into its chapter of Lambda Pi Eta. Lambda Pi Eta is the official communication studies honor society of the National Communication Association, with nearly 300 active chapters of the honorary worldwide.

To be eligible for initiation, members must have a minimum overall grade point average of 3.0 and a minimum grade point average of 3.25 in studies of communication. Also, members must be juniors or seniors with a declared major in the communication field and display a commitment to the field of communication.

The initiates are Ida Hoffman of Defiance, Mo.; Heather Roberts of Koloa, Hawaii; Lauren Rossi of Poplar Bluff and Katie Speer of Fulton.
