A new coordinator of Greek life and student involvement has been named at William Woods University. He is Neil Stanglein of Columbia.
Stanglein is a graduate of the University of Missouri, where he earned a bachelor of journalism in broadcast news with a minor in Spanish. While at MU, he was a reporter for KOMU-TV, Channel 8, and was a press intern in the Washington D.C. office of U.S. Senator Kit Bond.
He was involved in numerous campus activities, serving as a summer orientation leader, a tour guide with the MU Tour Team and a member of the Homecoming Steering Committee. He also served on the steering committee for Rockin’ Against Multiple Sclerosis.
Especially active in fraternity life, he served as editor in chief of the Greek Chronicle and was founding father of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He was an Interfraternity Council (IFC) recruitment guide and a member of the Greek Week Steering Committee.
