Cleaning Up Their Image by Cleaning Up the Highway

The men of Pi Kappa Alpha at William Woods University participated in cleaning up a one-mile stretch of Highway Z in Fulton for two hours Sunday morning. The chapter adopted the highway in 2001 and members take time every year to clean it up. It is one of many community service projects they conduct annually.

“The men at The Woods are trying to clean up the so-called Greek image around the nation by doing community service activities and maintaining a high G.P.A.,” Lane Bennett, a member and Fulton High School graduate, said.
