Christmas Concert to be Held at WWU

A Christmas concert, showcasing local singing groups, will be held at William Woods University at 7 p. m. Tuesday (Dec. 9) in Dulany Auditorium.

 


The concert features the William Woods Jameson Singers, the Callaway Singers and the South Callaway Chorus. A total of 87 artists will perform a combination of holiday carols and sacred pieces.

 

The Jameson Singers, composed of WWU students, include three from Fulton, Mo.: Mallory Foster, Ashley Metz and Kendall Simcoe. Other Missouri singers are Cynthia Fennewald of Benton City and Natalie Goodman of St. Louis.

 

Student singers from out of state are Bridgette Doig of Escondido, Calif.; Clare Halstead of Portage, Wis.; Hannah Jay of Fort Smith, Ark.; Olivia Ma of San Diego, Calif.; Heather Sim of Vernon Hills, Ill.; Ann Dehart of Keosauqua, Iowa; Jessica Standifer of Fort Worth, Texas, and Amanda Walker of Russellville, Ark.
