Annual Student Art Exhibit to Open at WWU

The annual student art exhibit, which exhibits the artistic compilation of William Woods University art students, will be on display at WWU March 11 to April 3.

 


A reception will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, at the Mildred Cox Gallery in the Gladys Woods Kemper Center for the Arts.

 

This exhibition comprises art from courses in drawing, design, painting, sculpture and watercolor, printmaking, jewelry and graphic design. Any student, from any major, who has done quality work in these classes is eligible for selection by the faculty for this exhibit.

 

Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.  The exhibit is free and open to the public. For more information, call (573) 592-4245.
